CareVity AI Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and CareVity AI Private Limited ("CareVity AI", "we", "our"). By registering, accessing our digital platforms, or using our connected hardware, you agree to these Terms.
CareVity AI provides digital health tracking, assistive analytics, and wellness management services. Our platform and devices are NOT certified medical diagnostic instruments, hospitals, or emergency medical facilities, and do not constitute licensed clinical diagnosis, treatment, or prescription. If you experience severe symptoms or a life-threatening medical situation, immediately contact national emergency services (112 / 108) or visit the nearest medical facility.
User Account & Eligibility
- Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Dependent profiles must be registered and supervised by a legal guardian or family member.
- You agree to provide accurate registration details and maintain account security.
Hardware, Subscriptions & Deposits

Connected Devices: Hardware provided in connection with the platform remains subject to our usage terms.

Refundable Security Deposits: Any refundable hardware deposit collected is returned upon the cancellation of services and return of the equipment in good working condition.

Telemetry & Protocol Limitations
- Automated alerts, health summaries, and notification protocols depend on uninterrupted internet connectivity, active Bluetooth pairing, sufficient battery levels, and functional GPS access.
- CareVity AI is not liable for notification delays caused by telecommunication downtime, device power depletion, or inaccurate user inputs.
Acceptable Platform Use
- Users must not decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract source code or underlying logic from CareVity AI software, firmware, or AI interfaces.
- Users must not submit fraudulent data or use community channels for unlawful or abusive behavior.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights associated with the platform, software, device firmware, visual interfaces, algorithms, and trademarks remain the exclusive property of CareVity AI Private Limited.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India.
